The TSC TDP-324W Printer employs Direct Thermal printing with a 300 DPI resolution,
providing a max print width of 48 mm (1.89″) and a rapid 102 mm (4″) per second print speed. The clamshell design facilitates easy media loading, and the printer has a compact footprint (109 mm x 210 mm x 260 mm). Weighing 1.2 kg, it supports label rolls up to 165 mm (6.5″) OD and includes a 32-bit RISC CPU, 4 MB Flash memory, 8 MB SDRAM, and microSD expansion. Connectivity options include USB 2.0, internal Ethernet, and USB host. As a policy, we do not offer returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, we do offer size exchange within 48 hours of delivery of the product. If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.
We can customize our garments to your size requirement. While we can make changes in dimensions for shoulder, chest, waist, hips, sleeve and garment lengths, we do not change the basic style or design. The option to choose fabrics or colors displayed on our website on other garments can be managed by the special notes dialogue box and subsequent discussions with our team.
