We can customize our garments to your size requirement. While we can make changes in dimensions for shoulder, chest, waist, hips, sleeve and garment lengths, we do not change the basic style or design. The option to choose fabrics or colors displayed on our website on other garments can be managed by the special notes dialogue box and subsequent discussions with our team.

  •       Dot Matrix
Dot Matrix printers create poor-quality barcodes that can be difficult to scan. These printers have limited print speed and size. They tend to be slow in printing and cannot print small barcodes.
  •       Thermal Barcode Printer 
       Thermal barcode printers can print both text and images, as well as barcodes, in high quality. Since the barcode fonts are stored in the thermal printer, the print speed, which can reach 12 inches per second, is unaffected. Thermal printers may print one label at a time or an entire roll of labels. They can also print very thin, high-density barcodes on a variety of substrates.

Thermal Printing Technologies

  •  Direct Thermal Printers :
Direct thermal printers produce images directly on treated labels or tags without the use of ink, toner, or ribbon. Chemically treated, heat-sensitive barcode labels are used in direct thermal printers, and they blacken as they move through the printer’s thermal printhead. Thermal printers have a simple design that makes them durable and simple to use.
  •  Thermal Transfer Printers:
 Thermal transfer printers generate precise, high-quality barcode images using a ribbon and a printhead. The thermal printhead transfers ink from the ribbon to the label or tag material to shape the images in this method of printing. This method produces images that are both high-quality and long-lasting.
