How to maintain and maintain thermal printers
1. Under any circumstances, do not connect the printer to the power supply before using it. You should first conduct an overall inspection of the printer.
2. If you clean the head piece, wait until the alcohol on the head piece is completely dry before turning on the power for the next test, and observe the cleaning effect at any time.
3. During daily use, try to avoid letting foreign objects fall into the printer, otherwise it will cause damage to the printer from not working properly.
4. Please use a wrung-out wet cloth to gently wipe the outer shell of the thermal printer and the inside of the paper bin. Note that the wet cloth must be completely wrung out, otherwise water accumulation can easily cause problems with the electronic components of the machine.
5. The print head of the thermal printer must be cleaned regularly, especially when the printing quality deteriorates.
6. If you find that water has entered or accumulated inside the thermal printer, please shut down immediately and remove the battery, and place the thermal printer product in a vent to dry naturally.
7. If you do not use printing for a long time, please remove the battery and store it separately. This ensures that the battery is used to its best effect without wastage.
8. The printing consumables required for thermal printers should be stored at normal room temperature before opening. This ensures that there will be no problems with the later use of label supplies.
