Epson Dx5 / F187000 Printhead Thermal Transfer

The Epson Dx5/F187000 original print head embodies state – of – the – art inkjet technology. Based on Micro – Piezo and PrecisionCore technologies, it achieves precise ink droplet control. The 1440 – nozzle configuration, with 8 nozzle lines and 180 nozzles per line, provides a native resolution of 1440 dpi, enabling sharp and detailed prints. The ability to eject variable – size droplets, from 1.5 to 21 picoliters, enhances color accuracy and gradation. The print head operates at a typical firing frequency of 8 kHz and a high single – point jetting frequency of 43 kHz, ensuring efficient and fast printing. It is engineered to work seamlessly with water – based dye and pigment inks, and is compatible with a variety of printers, including Epson Stylus Pro models and some Mutoh and Mimaki printers, offering reliable performance for diverse printing tasks.
