As a policy, we do not offer returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, we do offer size exchange within 48 hours of delivery of the product. If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.

We can customize our garments to your size requirement. While we can make changes in dimensions for shoulder, chest, waist, hips, sleeve and garment lengths, we do not change the basic style or design. The option to choose fabrics or colors displayed on our website on other garments can be managed by the special notes dialogue box and subsequent discussions with our team.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is confirmed we make all the efforts to dispatch your product at the earliest. It can take anywhere between 24-72 hours for the order to be shipped. You can sit back and relax while we get your order delivered to your door step with Pan India door delivery.

The delivery time varies between 2-7 days depending upon your location. We also make sure your product arrives safely with the original box packaging and shipping label on it. An outer packaging is also provided to protect the original packaging from any damage.

Return & Refund Policy

Any refund against a return request made to LabelKart.in customer support, and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice.

After the merchandise is received by LabelKart.in, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 15 working days of receipt of the merchandise.

Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. Some items can only be returned through courier collection process
