You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices included.
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Note: Customized or personalized products, opened consumables (e.g., ribbons, labels), and items marked “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost shipments.
