As a policy, we do not offer returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, we do offer size exchange within 48 hours of delivery of the product. If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.

We can customize our garments to your size requirement. While we can make changes in dimensions for shoulder, chest, waist, hips, sleeve and garment lengths, we do not change the basic style or design. The option to choose fabrics or colors displayed on our website on other garments can be managed by the special notes dialogue box and subsequent discussions with our team.
